Cloudier and remaining above freezing along parts of the south and east coast. There will be bright sunshine away from the east and south today where cloud will build and persist.
Top temperatures of 4 to 7c.
The light to moderate easterly breeze will make it feel even colder.
It's minus 1.6c with clear skies at my location in Clare this morning (photo).
